Kaitlin Abrams holds a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, and a B.S. in Biological Sciences and Anthropology from Fordham University. During law school, Kaitlin completed an externship at the USPTO in the Office of Patent Legal Administration and served as President of the Women’s Legal Forum. Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoys playing soccer and other competitive sports. Kaitlin chose Haug Partners because of the firm’s reputation and expertise in patent litigation, as well as its multidisciplinary, industry-focused approach to counseling clients.
Kyle Koemm holds a J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, and a B.A. in Chemistry and French from the College of Wooster. While in law school, Kyle completed an externship at the U.S. International Trade Commission’s Office of Unfair Import Investigations and served as a Managing Editor of IDEA: The Journal of the Franklin Pierce Center For Intellectual Property. Kyle chose Haug Partners because of the firm’s strong reputation in the life sciences and its expertise in pharmaceutical patent litigation.
Christine Armellino holds a B.A. in Biological Sciences and Psychology from Rutgers University and a J.D. from Rutgers Law School. While in law school, Christine was a judicial intern for the Honorable Jerome B. Simandle and the Honorable Michael A. Shipp, U.S. District Court Judges for the District of New Jersey. Christine chose Haug Partners due to its impressive intellectual property practice and the firm’s strong sense of community and collaboration.
Benjamin Dach holds a B.A. in Chemistry and Pre-engineering from Yeshiva University, an M.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D. in Chemistry from Columbia University, and a J.D. from Fordham University. Ben’s Ph.D. work focused on the application of surface chemistry, photochemistry, materials science, and semiconductors to develop and synthesize solid-phase polymer-silica superstructures for drug delivery. While earning his J.D., Ben worked as a scientific advisor and patent agent at Frommer Lawrence & Haug LLP (now Haug Partners LLP), assisting with patent litigation, patent prosecution, product-life-cycle management, freedom-to-operate opinions, and due diligence projects. Ben combines his technical expertise and legal training to assist biotechnological, pharmaceutical, chemical, and materials science companies with intellectual property matters. Ben chose Haug Partners because of its strong IP focus and collaborative, familial atmosphere.
