Sankyo Company Limited, Case No. HC 04-C-00708 (UK High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Patents Court), resulted in a judgment revoking SPC/GB01/040, owned by Sankyo Company Limited and licensed to Virbac SA, which designated as the basic patent GB 2093695B. The judgment also ordered that the costs of this action incurred by Claimant Merial Limited, without limitation, shall be assessed against the Defendant, Sankyo Compay Limited.
