David A. Zwally is an associate in the New York office of Frommer Lawrence & Haug LLP. The focus of his practice is on the resolution of pharmaceutical-based disputes, litigation and particularly patent infringement actions. He also has experience in trade secret and copyright litigation.

Mr. Zwally is also experienced in preparing infringement, validity and due-diligence opinions, concerning biotechnology as well as mechanical devices. And he is experienced in the area of trademark litigation and licensing. Mr. Zwally co-authored "Licensing Intellectual Property" in the Journal of Commercial Biotechnology.

Mr. Zwally received his B.A. from Lehigh University (Molecular Biology), and his JD from Rutgers University-Newark.

He is admitted to the State and Federal courts of the New York and New Jersey Bars. Mr. Zwally is also Vice-President of the Board of Trustees of the Huntington's Disease Society of America-New Jersey Chapter.
