Robert E. Colletti is a partner in the New York office of Frommer Lawrence & Haug LLP.

Mr. Colletti's practice is primarily focused on litigating patent and trademark cases at both the district court and appellate level. His patent litigation experience has involved the pharmaceutical industry and related Food and Drug Administration topics including the 1984 Hatch-Waxman Act. Mr. Colletti's patent litigation experience further includes cases involving semiconductor technologies. His practice also includes due diligence work and client counseling.

Mr. Colletti is a graduate of Manhattan College in Riverdale, New York receiving a B.S.E.E. in Electrical Engineering. He received his J.D. at Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York.

Mr. Colletti is admitted to practice in the State of New York. He is also admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
