Scott Clark is an associate in the New York office of Frommer Lawrence & Haug LLP. His practice area focuses on litigation and strategy related to validity and infringement, including pharmaceutical litigation and Hatch-Waxman issues.

Prior to joining Frommer Lawrence & Haug LLP, Mr. Clark was an associate at Morgan & Finnegan, LLP, litigating cases in the electrical and computer science fields. He has also provided opinions and prosecuted patents in the mechanical and computer science fields. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Clark worked in the civil and environmental consulting field as a civil engineer and project coordinator for Law Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc.

Mr. Clark graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a minor in Business Management. He received his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union Univeristy and his M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Lally School of Management and Technology.
